1. How much does it cost to join and how much do I make? Infinity Downline has a $25 membership fee. The company pays 100% of the sales to every member.

2. Is the membership fee one time or monthly? The 25$ membership fee is MONTHLY, this is how the commissions are paid to each member residually every month. For instance if you have 1,000 referrals, you are making $25,000 MONTHLY.

3. Are there refunds? No there are NO refunds. If you decide to leave the program, you just simply cancel your recurring payment in whatever payment processor you are paying through. Very simple and easy.

4. How quickly can I start making money? This depends on your level of effort and ability to take action and to present the products and opportunity to other individuals. This can be done just as successfully offline as online. This is a very easy program to promote with a low cost buy in, huge product line, and great unique compensation plan.

5. What are the products associated with this opportunity? You are selling a membership to an online video & audio library well worth into thousands of dollars. The products range from ‘how to’ trainings on computer software (powerpoint, excel, microsoft office, etc.) online marketing (SEO, ebay selling, website creation, etc.) as well as various technical and personal subjects anyone can benefit from. The video library is step by step trainings and are of very high quality.

6. Is there an ADMIN fee like other companies, are there any upsells? Absolutely NO ADMIN fee ever. No upsells whatsoever, but the company does offer additional paid tools to help you build your business.

7. I am not in the U.S., can I still join? YES, Infinity Downline is a global opportunity.

8. Can I see my referrals (members)? YES, there is a ‘view downline’ feature, as well as an ‘email downline’ feature where you can email all downline members at the same time.

9. If I have trouble, can I get help? YES, there is a ‘Support’ Team to help you in whatever problems you experience in the back office.

10. Is this one of those pyramid schemes or one of those MLM things? Infinity downline is an affiliate marketing program with a unique compensation plan that pays you infinitely from your referrals. A pyramid scheme would be any type of program that doesn’t involve any products or services. Infinity Downline has a huge digital product library as their product line. Traditional MLM compensation usually involves the top person making the most money. Infinity Downline’s compensation involves everyone, based on their effort, to make much more money than their sponsor.

11. How does the company make money if they pay each member 100% commissions? The company offers optional systems and tools to every member to help them build their business or run the business for you.

12. How do I accept payments? The company offers several different payment processors, most of which are FREE.

13. How long do I have to wait before I am paid? Each sale is INSTANT. No waiting.

14. What Does ‘Qualified’ Mean on the company’s Compensation Plan Video? The term ‘qualified’ refers to each member referring their first 4 people into the program. Within the compensation plan the 2nd and 4th sale is passed up to the next active sponsor. After the 4th sale is passed up, then you are ‘qualified’ to receive the 2nd and 4th sale from everyone of your direct referrals from that point forward. This is where the compensation gets VERY profitable and incomes explode within they system.

Dealing with Infinity Downline Referrals and Member FAQ:

1. Hey James I signed up someone but they quit, what should I do? Be glad, you don’t want quitters in your business. If someone can’t build a business for $25 I’m about 99.9% certain they can’t build a business at all. Keep moving forward and attract the right kind of people.

2. What if I don’t have my first 4 yet and one of my referrals starts passing up sales, what happens then? Passups are sent up to the next qualified active sponsor, so if you are not qualified and don’t have your first 4 referrals and are qualified yourself, then the passup goes above you to the next qualified active member. This is how the system rewards those who put in the work and do the simple task of finding 4 referrals very quickly.

In fact, some members just simply buy the 2nd and 4th slots (by registering under a different username, email, etc. and paying $25 under their own affiliate link) so those passups are marked and then they can receive 2nd and 4th sales from each referral thereafter. This is a good strategy for leaders who are going to do alot of referring very quickly.

3. What if Someone leaves the program in the 2nd and 4th passup slot, do I need to passup again? No, once a sale is made one time in the 2nd and 4th slot that account is marked with a ‘custom subscription’ by myself so those slots are marked as active and paid. However if that passup were to completely cancel themselves out of the program then this slot would be open again, but this is very rare and you should always explain this to the 2nd and 4th referral you passup to not completely remove themselves out of the program, even if their payment lapses for a month or they don’t wish to promote it whatsoever.

The only way someone can completely cancel themselves out of the program is by going into ‘program stats’ in the back office and clicking the link ‘completely cancel yourself from all programs’.

4. Hey James, I got an email from the Infinity Downline Site Admin and they said my membership was expiring and being put into a grace period?? I mark manually all direct payments to myself at the end of each business day, so there may be a lapse of 1-2 days before your account is marked as paid for the month if I am traveling etc.. I mark manually each account at the end of each day and keep track of all this in spreadsheets, so that I can cancel anyone who has a payment that fails and lock them out of this training site. If you make your payment each month, I WILL mark your account as paid so you don’t have to worry about your membership expiring, just ignore the company site admin notice.

Regardless always just simply send me an email if you have a question about your account. This is why a ‘grace period’ is built into the system and your account is active for a short time after the end of each 30 day billing cycle within the system.

5. I don’t want to use PayPal, I heard they may freeze my account? PayPal has in the past done alot of things that were questionable but the company has improved and let go alot of their restrictions. PayPal does indeed freeze accounts, most of which are in other types of businesses other than network marketing. It’s actually very hard to have this type of action taken against anyone. Infinity Downline is the selling of a membership site and all they ever notice is ‘ID audio & video membership’ when a sale is transacted. In 8 months with using PayPal at this point, PayPal has always had my back in several situations regarding Infinity Downline and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I did however make the choice to go with a bigger and better premium processor as I needed better protection due to the amount of transactions I was doing with the program.

Also be sure and Use PayPal as directed here once you get to the $500-$1000 a month level:

6. I had a member that didn’t pay and their profile was suspended in PayPal, what do I do? What I do personally is set each new profile to be suspended after 3 billing attempts, just in case their next billing cycle comes up on an odd day or they don’t have the funds in their account, card may have expired, etc. You can do this by clicking on ‘details’ when a new payment is created and you will see this option near the bottom of the profile to change. There are alot of reasons why the referral couldn’t pay, my suggestion is to contact them personally through email and let them know and ask them to complete the payment if they want to continue to be part of the program.

7. Somebody canceled and wants a Refund, what do I do? There are NO refunds for Infinity Downline. This is explicitly stated on the company’s website (www.infinitydownline.com/faq.php). Under no circumstances should you give a refund to anyone, it is against the company’s policy to do so. If something strange happens and someone accidentally signs up twice or some other rare event, then a refund is acceptable. But if someone quits and wants or claims a refund, do not do this. PayPal will back you up on this as well. Contact me if you need further help but do not give refunds as their is a strict ‘no refund’ policy. People are adults and should read the policies before signing up into a business. Stand your ground with these types of people, as they usually join 5-6 programs for a week and quit, then claim a refund in each and try to cause problems for you. This is rare but may happen to you if you do this on a large scale like I do.

8. Isn’t Infinity Downline oversaturated? If somebody like myself is referring 10-15 people daily sometimes, would you say it’s oversaturated? There are literally people signing up into Infinity Downline each and everyday. This company will be here for a very long time, I’m sure of it and has been the most stable income producing programs on the internet for 4 years at this point. It’s a great home to have where companies are getting shutdown left and right and change their entire compensation plan, etc. every time you turn around. Peter Wolfing is a man with the utmost integrity and you can not be involved in a better situation if you choose to put in the work.

9. How Do I Mark Someone as Paid in Infinity Downline?

I’ve made a full post on doing this and why this is necessary at times on this post, click on the link to read the step by step directions:

10. How do I know when my payment is due in Infinity Downline or how can I check on this?

You can click ‘make payments’ in the back office of your Infinity Downline back office after logging in, and this will inform you of the last time you made a payment. Payments are billed approximately 30 days apart in the payment processor you are paying through.

11. How Do I File My Taxes for Infinity Downline or how do I report the income?

I’m surprised by how much I get asked this question when it is basic common sense about reporting income and incredibly easy to do so. Any type of income such as this is considered ‘1099’ type of income and can be filed as such, but this is only after you make over $600 a year.

Any time you use a third party processor such as PayPal etc. you may receive a new tax file such as a ‘1099k’ form if you make over $20,000 yearly in your business. Please read more about 1099k forms here:

All About the 1099K form

I personally use TurboTax for my all my online income and is incredibly easy and my tax reports are just about automated at this point.

Always consult with a professional accountant over these types of issues, but click here for some really great articles on reporting taxes through Internet Marketing and Network Marketing Income:

12.  How Do I Change My Payment for My Membership or Completely Cancel?

1.  If paying through Paypal follow these directions:

– Log into your paypal account

    – click the ‘payments’ tab within your account

    – find the recurring payment for ‘James Matthews Tutorial Trainings & Subscription’

    – simply click the ‘cancel’ button

2.  If paying through Linkpoint which is a Gateway credit card processor just simply email myself and ask that your payment be terminated and I will manually terminate the transaction and send confirmation to your email address.  This way I can make sure the credit card associated with the transaction is no longer billed whatsoever.  Also send me a transaction receipt email of your last completed payment so I can identify the transaction number associated with the transaction.

Please be aware that this will completely cancel your ID membership as well as lock you out of the training site (www.idwithjames.com) and all future updates.
