Here are the exact steps to cancelling your Linkpoint (FirstData) credit card subscription and the billing policy for this processor in relation to purchase of your membership:
1. Locate any transaction receipt email that will have your specific billing information contained within that transaction receipt for the membership product you have purchased. You will have a 4 digit code that looks something like this (CC-XXXX) where the ‘X’ will have 4 digits instead of ‘X’.
– This is so I can locate your transaction specifically within the payment processor to completely terminate the billing. Any member can do this anytime before their 30 day billing cycle bills again and must allow 24 hours for cancellation to be completed. If you wish to cancel you must comply to give at least a 48 hour notice before your billing occurs again.
2. Email me this information or forward me that email transaction receipt as this will contain your name and your transaction.
3. I will manually terminate the billing and email confirmation that the billing is completely terminated.
