Ad Copy/Writing Skills

This section is really crucial in making Huge Money Vs. making no money, struggling, and becoming another broke statistic in the world of internet marketing.

Understanding the Psychology behind online marketing makes all the difference in how effective your marketing is vs. the 95% who are doing it completely wrong.  Master this and you are the top 5%

This section I am going to be showing you how to write Ad Copy (this is just the words in an online advertisement) and the Persuasion skills, strategies, and tactics that get people to Take Action.

What you need to focus on in everything you do is just one simple thing:

Focus On The Pain…

Frustrated

What in the World Do I Mean By ‘Focus On the Pain’?

It’s very simple, what are most people unhappy with in their lives?

  • Lack Of Money
  • Lack Of Time
  • Long Hours At Work
  • Hate Their Jobs
  • No Freedom

These 5 points sum up just about everyone you and I know, and you can probably relate as well.

What you need to be focusing on with your ad copy & your content is targeting what I call these ‘5 Pain Factors’.  Once you start doing this your sales and results will skyrocket, simply because you are providing a SOLUTION to the massive amount of pain in people’s lives…

This is Marketing at it’s purest and greatest form.  This is why late night infomercials, retail store advertisements, or any type of commercial is effective, it is targeting the pain that someone is going through and providing a solution.

Example #1

Let’s look at a simple Text Ad Headline a marketer might run in a solo ad headline, PPC, facebook ad, etc.:

The Ad headline might read something like this:

“Discover How To Make Alot of Money Online Very Easily”

On the surface that might seem like a really decent ad, but let’s incorporate the principles above to really make this headline stand out:

“A Broke Depressed Retail Clerk Made Over $10,392.47 Last Month With A Dumb Simple Website…”

See how the 2nd headline really draws more interest, it’s telling the story of pain and how something simple completely changed this person’s life.  It’s also telling a story (very important) and people always want to read a story.  This draws about 100x more response than the 1st headline any day, because we are using the Principles of Pain used above and is leading to a captivating story.

Example #2

Let’s look at a very effective Facebook Ad, see the Facebook Marketing section on how to place Facebook Ads:

FBadsGoodExample

We can see from this ad which is the greatest example of an ad to follow that it tells a story (sandwich seller no more building a business on Amazon) and is also a picture of a real life person (hugely effective).
